What Is The Booking Process? What to do Now?

The booking process is very simple. Go through the information of serviced apartments.

Then go to the Online Reservation Form on the Home Page and make your reservation. After you complete and send your reservation request, we check the availability and immediately reserve your apartment. A confirmation is sent to you by, Email and/or fax within 24 hours - that's it!

If your choicest serviced apartments are not available we will let you know with details of available serviced apartment.

• Our check in and check out time is 12 Noon.
  
  
• All guaranteed reservations are secured against an advance of 50% paid by cheque or in cash.
  
  
• Cancellation charges:
  (a) 7 days to 72 hrs. in-advance – 50% of the advance.
  (b) 72 hrs to 24 hrs in-advance – 100% of the advance.
  
  
• Balance payment may be made directly by the guest(s) or by the Company, at the time of check out, by card or in cash.
  
  
• In the unlikely event of any payment being in arrears towards the stay of any guest(s), the Management shall give notice of the same to the Company and the Company shall take steps immediately to clear the arrears failing which, the Company shall be liable to pay interest at the rate of 2% per month on such outstanding arrears. This is without prejudice to the right of the Management to ask the other guest(s) of the said Company staying in the premises to leave the premises forthwith after clearing their dues.
  
  
• In the case of long-term guests, the Management would require advance notice and particulars of the name and details of the guest(s) checking in/checking out.
