We are light on your wallet, our service focused completely on your comfort and pleasure. Enjoy the affordable rates with ease of real-time price calculation.

We ensure to keep our Tariff/Prices affordable and gentle on the purse. Notably, we adhere to a flat rupee rate for Indians and foreigners alike. Please note that, all applicable taxes are extra. Ivorysands offers three types of accommodations

Elite: These apartments are luxury redefined. They are beautifully designed and are extra spacious. They will be available soon.

Select: With a total area of 1850sft each, these 3BHK apartments are spacious and tastefully decorated. Each apartment in the select range has 3 bedrooms and has all the standard features like fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet, classy furnishings and garage parking. Additionally, it has LCD TVs, reading and dressing tables and wardrobes. They are ideal for business travelers and vacationing families.

Executive: With a total area of 1250sft each, these 2BHK apartments are cozy and comfortable. They have all standard features such has fully equipped kitchens, wireless internet, TV and DVD players, garage parking and exquisite furnishings. They are ideal for business travelers.

If you wish to book on a room basis, Ivorysands offers two choices.

Premium Suites: With an area of 15.5*18.5sft each, they have common kitchen and living areas and attached baths. Also included are LCD TVs with cable, beautiful wooden furnishings, warm and cozy beds, dressing tables, wardrobes and reading tables.

Standard Suites: With an area of 10.5*12.5sft, they have common kitchens and living areas and attached baths. Also included are TV sets, warm and comfortable beds and beautiful wooden furnishings.

The tariffs for the above are as follows

In the Select Range

Premium suite

Single occupancy – Rs 2000
Double Occupancy – Rs 2200

Standard suite

Single Occupancy – Rs 1800

Double Occupancy – Rs 2000

Full Flat: Rs 5000

In the Executive Range

Only Standard suites are available.

Single Occupancy – Rs 1500

Double Occupancy – Rs 1800

Full Flat: Rs 3000

Select range of apartments are available at Rs 1.2 Lakh per month and the executive range is available at Rs 72000 per month.

Single occupancy is defined as one person occupying one room.

Double occupancy is defined as two persons occupying one room.

A maximum of 6 adults will be allowed in 3BHK apartments and a maximum of 4 adults will be allowed in 2BHK apartments.

Extra mattresses will be provided at a cost of Rs 300 per mattress.

All flat and room tariffs are on a per day basis.

Luxury tax of 5% will be charged extra on the tariffs.

Mode of Payment

Serviced apartment rentals / tariffs are to be paid in advance. Payments can be done via Cheque (Company cheques only) / Cash / Demand Draft / Credit card.
We offer you billing options – individual bill or company invoice.

Cancellations & Refunds :

More than 3 days before check-in date, INR 200 will be charged.
