| 1. Facilities & Services |
- The prices quoted for all serviced apartments include electricity, water and Wi-Fi.
- All linen and towels are included and changed every day. Any extra charges are at the management's discretion.
- Please note: No items must be removed from the apartment during your stay.

| 2.Number of Occupants |
- Only the maximum number of guests as agreed on your booking confirmation can stay at any one time.
- Only those persons listed on the Booking Form may occupy the apartment. Under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons specified in the apartment description occupy the apartment except by prior written agreement with Ivorysands Serviced Apartments.
- The apartment cannot be re-let/sublet to any other group/party without the written approval of Ivorysands Serviced Apartments.
- The number of persons permitted to occupy the apartment is limited to the number of beds available.
- Ivorysands Serviced Apartments, reserves the right to refuse admittance to the apartment to the hirer and their party if they are in breach of this condition.

| 4.Arrivals / Departures |
On the day of arrival, guests must telephone Ivorysands Serviced Apartments at least 1 hour before arrival so that ‘meet & greet can be arranged at the apartment.
If there is any delay in vacating the apartment beyond the agreed time, a full day's rental, is charged to the guest. |

| 5.Damage to Apartment and its contents |
- The hirer is responsible for taking all reasonable care of the property and its contents. The property and all equipment, utensils, furniture etc. must be left clean and tidy at the end of the hire period.
Except in the case of normal wear and tear the hirer will be responsible for making good any damage to the apartment or its contents which has occurred due to negligence, willful damage or irresponsible behavior on the part of those occupying the apartment or their guests. Such damage must be reported, without delay, to our staff/local representatives. The cost of the repair or replacement must be agreed with and paid to Ivorysands Serviced Apartments.
- The hirer responsible for booking undertakes that no person will suffer anything to be done which would endanger the policy of our insurers in respect of the apartment and its contents which might make the same void or voidable.

| 6.Force Majeure |
| We regret that we cannot accept liability for any loss, damage or additional expense where the booking needs to be altered or cancelled or we are unable to perform our contractual obligations as a result of events of ‘force majeure’. In these Booking Conditions ‘force majeure’ means any event which could not have been reasonably foreseen, or the consequences could not have been reasonably avoided, by us or the suppliers of the relevant services in question, even with the exercise of all due care. Such events may include war or threat of war, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or man-made disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions and all similar events outside our or the relevant suppliers’ control. |

| 7.Liability |
| We use all reasonable efforts to try and ensure that the accommodation offered by us is properly arranged and that the suppliers of the apartments maintain reasonable standards. We accept responsibility to take reasonable care in the organizational aspects of the stay but we are not liable and cannot be held responsible for actions of other property dwellers or owners, providers of transport or any other suppliers involved in your stay. We cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage to any fixtures & fittings, goods or personal belongings at the accommodation. We are specifically not liable for events outside our reasonable control or if there has been no default or neglect by us and in no event shall we be liable for any special, indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit. This limitation does not apply to fatal or other personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our employees. We strongly recommend that all clients obtain appropriate travel and personal insurance cover. |

| 8. Law & Jurisdiction |
| These conditions and terms of contract and all matters arising therefore are subject to the law of Andhra Pradesh and in the event of dispute; the client will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh. |

| 9. Termination by Ivorysands Serviced Apartments |
| Ivory Sands Serviced Apartments has the right to terminate a booking at any time on the grounds of abuse to staff or other guests, mistreatment of the apartment or criminal activity on the part of those occupying the apartment or their guests. In such circumstances, Ivorysands Serviced Apartments is not obliged to provide or locate alternative accommodation. The period of notice and the proportion of refund are at the discretion of Ivorysands Serviced Apartments. |

| 10. Injury or Loss |
Ivory Sands Serviced Apartments cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage to personal effects howsoever arising at the accommodation.
Neither we, nor our representatives, can be held responsible for any circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to, mechanical breakdown, illness or failure of any public service supply. |

| 11. Rights of Access |
| Representatives of Ivorysands Serviced Apartments or their subcontractors have the right of access to the property at any time, with due regard to the convenience of the hirer, for the purpose of inspection of the property and to carry out any essential repair or maintenance work. |

| 12. Information |
| All information supplied by Ivorysands Serviced Apartments, is given in good faith and is based on information available at the time. All reasonable measures have been taken to ensure the accuracy of any statement made either in writing or otherwise, but Ivorysands Serviced Apartments is not liable for any variation however caused. |

| 13. Complaints |
| We do not expect and certainly do not want dissatisfied customers, but in the event that you are not entirely satisfied with the service offered, you should notify any complaint to our office as soon as possible to Ivorysands Infrastucture & Hospitality Pvt. Ivorysands Serviced Apartments shall not have any liability for any complaint submitted after the completion of the rental period. |

| 14. Smoking/ Drinking |
| Smoking /Drinking is not permitted in the apartments or in the internal communal areas of the apartment blocks. Smoking / Drinking is permitted only in the allotted room. |

| 15. Usage & Nuisance Behavior |
| The apartments cannot under any circumstances be used for partying, playing loud music or general nuisance behavior. Guests must have regard for other occupants in the building. Loud music cannot be played after 1pm and before 11am. Ivory Sands Serviced Apartments management reserve the right to terminate your stay and contract if they deem such behavior has occurred. |

| 16. Security of Tenure |
| As the apartments are used as serviced accommodation they are exempt from security of tenure under the Rent Act. Ivory Sands Serviced Apartments reserve the right to access the apartment at any time without prior notice if it deems necessary. |

| 17. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions / Contract of Hire |
| All bookings are subject to these terms and conditions that are deemed to have been accepted in full by the hirer and all persons in the party. Payment of advance also indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. |
